I’ve been calling Pokemon #566 Archaeopteryxmon because there’s no official English name yet and because that’s basically what he is. His Japanese official romanji is Aaken, but I’d rather not get attached to it. Regardless, I’m pretty sure this guy is my favorite generation five Pokemon, and it was awesome to ignore other obligations for a few brief hours to work on the sketch I posted Saturday. I regret nothing!

My brain can’t wrap around the fact that March is more than half over. Seriously. Where did February go? Hell, where did JANUARY go? The last few months have gone by way too fast and I have a feeling the next few are going to be gone insanely soon too. This is the feeling you get when you’re being hammered by events nonstop though. Finals, back-to-back cons, job fair, then another pair of back-to-back cons, that’s what spring’s looking like!
