My book came in today!
Considering I ordered it on Sunday, I’m really surprised it got here so quickly, even with expedited shipping (since expedited shipping doesn’t mean expedited printing). I kind of wonder if I could have gotten away with just getting ground shipping, but whatever, it’s here with time to spare, and I don’t regret paying extra for it.
And the book looks awesome!

My brain can’t wrap around the fact that March is more than half over. Seriously. Where did February go? Hell, where did JANUARY go? The last few months have gone by way too fast and I have a feeling the next few are going to be gone insanely soon too. This is the feeling you get when you’re being hammered by events nonstop though. Finals, back-to-back cons, job fair, then another pair of back-to-back cons, that’s what spring’s looking like! Anyway, here is con stuff I did super last minute this week:

This is the most belated notice ever, but if you didn’t already know, I’ll be tabling at Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) this weekend along with my roommate, Catherine! A slew of other folks from SCAD will also be there selling their various wares and running around in costume. The last five days have been a ridiculously hectic mix of moving back into my apartment, starting classes again, and doing a billion last-minute preparations for the convention including cutting some 250 bookmarks, bringing them back to the print shop to get laminated, and then cutting them all out again. See, look at how many freakin’ bookmarks I have. :|
