Still Good

For this year’s Stanza show, where artists are assigned a poem to draw inspiration from and make art for. I got to draw for my friend Lore’s poem, which was fun and also great because there are bikes in the poem and we met via bikes. :3

The drawing made use of a pile of half-dry Microns I’ve been keeping forever, which seems in line with the theme. I don’t really use Microns much anymore, but damn if I’m gonna throw anything out that I can still use.

Also, the bird in the drawing is a grackle and not a crow. This isn’t important except that my brother doesn’t believe there’s a difference between a grackle and a crow, which is ridiculous to me.
