Raven Red
Trying to use up some of the frames I’ve horded over the years. This little painting is available here.
Finally halfway
Finally halfway through the zodiac… the original drawing is available here. I’ll have prints with me starting at GeekGirlCon in November, I think. They’ll also be available in-store and online at Push/Pull when I get them in.
In the meantime, it’s on lots of stuff at Redbubble, as usual.

Got some basic linocut supplies to play around with. Gone through a few iterations of refining this block and still want to do some adjustments, but it’s been a good learning experience.
I’ll probably write a proper blog post about this eventually, but in the meantime, random test prints will be included with orders of $25+ online and in person (see me this Sunday at Black Owl Market!) for as long as I have them.
Flippin’ through a sketchbook looking for something else, saw this and couldn’t remember if I posted it after the review, then realised I never actually even started writing the review for this pen. OTL
I’ve been working on a lot of different reviews concurrently and forgot about this one I guess… it’s still kind of low-priority to me compared to the others, but I only assume people are probably more interested in some of the other stuff than this. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Art from the fude nib fountain pen review. Some of these are super old because I actually started that review a year ago, whoops.

Watercolor effects with the Sakura Koi brush pens from the review.
Timelapse at 15x speed here. Happy New Year!

Scribbles for the ArtSkills Permanent Parker review.

Drawings to test out the Newpen Ginza Pro brush pens.
Avatar prize for a mini contest at ‘Souls. Avatars on the board are 200×200 so I always think it’s weird seeing them big.

Bunch of doodles and coloring samples from the ArtSkills double-ended Brush-tip Marker review. I usually only test a few singles of a marker, but it’s nice to have a few more colors to play with sometimes. Limited palette is always a nice exercise in experimentation and compromise. Pink is a decent stand-in for a grey as far as darkening other colors go.

Drawings I did for the Moonman glass dip pen review, including some that didn’t make the review.
I was swapping the ink in my Kuretake #8 from the default black to a grey, but the transition was taking forever because there was still black ink in the brush and feed, so I did a bunch of doodles trying to clear it out.

Sketches from the Kuretake Karappo review, including one that didn’t make it into the post.
