Miyu told me about a dream they had, which was “I rewatched Civil War except it was also Jurassic Park and I’m pretty sure Bucky punched a T-rex at some point.”
Process photos for Winter Soldier.
Will I ever be able to take a full series of process photos with the same lighting? Probably not.

Some commissions from MomoCon, which already feels like forever ago. x_x Just finished the con report here though (7.1k words, sorry).
“So this is why you didn’t want to tell me what your Patronus was.”
“Don’t even start, Steve.”
“I should have guessed!”
“How about we just hurry up and figure out what your Patronus is?”
“Have you named it? Because it could get confusing–”
“Steve.”
“We can’t name it Steve; that would be even more confusing.”
“I hate you.”

So at Sakura-Con yesterday, someone came up to my table and immediately said “I need you to draw me Bucky Barnes.”
Turns out she specifically needed me to draw him seven times with seven different hairstyles. And one Steve reacting.
Still at the con today, but I think it’s safe to say this was the best commission I’ll get this weekend, omg.
(I think the ribbons and pigtails is my favourite.)
Two things I’ll never get tired of doing:
- Sorting everyone into Hogwarts Houses.
- Turning everyone into ponies.
My eternal contributions to fandom.
(Even though I think his eye makeup in the film was really dumb (seriously why didn’t they just give him his mask?), I’m compelled to include it every time I draw him ??)
James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes (Gryffindor, 6th Year, Quidditch captain & Chaser, prefect; halfblood – MIA) was Steve Rogers’ best friend. Always the more talented wizard, Bucky was recruited to contribute to war efforts ahead of his friend, but was captured by enemy forces.
As a prisoner, he was subject to similar but different experiments involving superhuman strength and magical amplification. Unfortunately, the full extent of his capabilities were never fully realized by either himself or others. Bucky lost his wand in an ensuing battle, was stunned, and fell to his presumed death in the mountains in 1945.
