Last December, I inked some test pages of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes for a pinch hitter inking gig. Completely forgot about them, as I didn’t ultimately get the job, but I found them while cleaning recently. :o

These pages were a challenge. Dan McDaid’s pencils were really rough, as is typical when the penciler and usual inker are the same artist, and the nature of the gig didn’t give me time for much back and forth with the editor (I turned in these inks like 15 hours after getting the pencils, on Xmas Eve, lol). All things considered though, I’m still reasonably pleased with how these turned out, especially that second page.

As promised, here’s all ten pages of “Matchmaker.” It was fun to make, so I hope it’s a fun read! (⁎⚈᷀᷁ᴗ⚈᷀᷁⁎)

I still have a few copies left of the physical zine, but once they’re gone, they’re gone! The zine has a few pages of bonus material that I’m not gonna post online, but the bonus material is also included in the PDF version, if you’d rather that.

More T2 doujin WIPs… though I belatedly realized this comic is more about Tadokoro than anything else, lol.

I finished inking pages + cover Sunday, did clean-ups and finished a bunch of bonus material Monday. Just gotta tone everything now, so hopefully this can be done by the end of the week. 8)

DragonFlight was nothing but downtime.

On Saturday, I penciled all 10 pages of T2 doujin + cover and bonus doodles, lettered all of it, and inked about half. I would have done panel borders too, but I didn’t have my T-square on me.
