Since the rice paper was mounted directly on the scroll for this piece, I couldn’t really get a proper scan. This was cleaned up from a photo taken directly over the piece in decent lighting, and I think that’s as good as it’s gonna get, haha.
Buyer for the Wolpertinger original paid for color, so here it is in color!

I got a bunch of pre-mounted scrolls to try out and was gonna do pieces with them for the Sakura-Con Art Show this year. All that stuff obviously fell through, so I was unmotivated to work on the scrolls for a while. But here’s something, finally.
