Shiny paints

Playing around with a bunch of random house-made watercolor and/or gouache from Push/Pull.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what colors I have and whether they’re watercolor or gouache, but about half my current selection has mica in it, so it’s sparkly. The mica is fun, but in most colors, the effect is pretty subtle except in very exact lighting conditions, so I’m not sure how worth it is to incorporate it into work.

The mica in that first blue and the copper on the wolf are both pretty strong though. It’s just hard to photograph.
