Shiny vampires
I caught a shiny Halloween event (lv 1!) Vulpix in PoGo a few years ago, but haven’t been able to bring myself to evolve it. Also, is it just me or have art/graphics for shiny Ninetales’ tail become more purple/periwinkle over the years? I swear it used to be more of a pale icy blue?
